Real stories
What changes for kids on the tatami — in the words of those who walked the path with them.
Karate is more than a sport
My daughter has trained since 11, she's 15 now, and karate has given a lot to the child. Uliana became braver and more sociable — this sport develops not only physical skills, it has a deep philosophy. The coach regularly talks to the kids about ethics — a great role model for a teenager.
My son changed a lot
Misha was 7.5 when he started. I see how he's getting physically stronger, and most importantly — karate is great for his discipline and health. He respects the coach, listens, became sociable, made new friends and excels in PE at school.
Karate is for girls too
Two daughters grew up with karate. The younger was a chubby girl with glasses, often sick. After a year of training she stretched out, lost extra weight, became fit. Not a sneeze all winter, an A in PE. She's a kind and calm child, but she can stand her ground — and that's what matters.
